CH cleaning head and accessories
The CH cleaning head is the solution for continuous and effective compressed‑air cleaning, suitable for IQ sensors with a 40 mm diameter. For integrating a cleaning system into your IQ Sensor Net, there are essentially two options:
Option 1: If a compressed‑air supply is already available in your system, you only need the cleaning head CH and a valve module (DIQ/CHV or MIQ/CHV).
Option 2: If compressed-air supply is not provided at your plant yet, you can combine the cleaning head CH with a compressor (Cleaning Air Box). This compressor is connected to a free relay output of an IQ Sensor Net controller (e.g., DIQ/S 28x or MIQ/CR3 or MIQ/R6).
Cleaning head:
CH: Cleaning head for on-line sensors with 40 mm diameter. Supplied with 15 m (49 ft) compressed air tube.
Accessories for the cleaning head:

Cleaning Air Box - 115 VAC: Air pressure compressor for online sensors. For easy wall mounting, switchable by a relay to provide cleaning systems with air pressure. 115 VAC.
No additional CHV PLUS needed.
Cleaning Air Box - 230 VAC: Air pressure compressor for online sensors. For easy wall mounting, switchable by a relay to provide cleaning systems with air pressure. 230 VAC.
No additional CHV PLUS needed.
AF/Cleaning Air Box: Air intake filter for Cleaning Air Box. For the removal of particles to maintain the compressor.
RM/Cleaning Air Box: Replacement membrane for compressor in Cleaning Air Box.
The membrane should be replaced after 5000 h of operation time or after 5 years.
Modules:
DIQ/CHV: Dual IQ/Cleaning Head Valve for automatic air cleaning controlled by a relay, for system 282/284, (relay and compressed air supply external)
MIQ/CHV PLUS: Module IQ/Cleaning Head Valve, for automatic air cleaning controlled by a relay or the IQ SENSOR NET (relay and compressed air supply external)
