Sensors to measure free and total chlorine
Chlorine Sensors
The electrochemical chlorine sensors from WTW for measurements in drinking water or swimming pools are connected with the ADA Cl/IDS to the MIQ/IDS module (FMCL 412 M12) or directly to the CL 298 converter (FCML 412 N or TCML N):
- Environmentally friendly - no chemicals used
- Reliable - protection against soiling due to membrane
- Accurate - pH compensation of the measurement results
With a uniform measuring range, the sensors must be selected depending on the pH value of the applications.
FCML 412 N and TCML N: The chlorine electrodes for free or total chlorine already have a 2-wire connection cable and can therefore be quickly and easily connected to the CL 298 converter.
FMCL 412 M12: The chlorine electrodes require the ADA Cl/IDS adapter cable in order to be connected to the IQ Sensor Net with the MIQ/IDS module. This allows them to be combined as a digital sensor for continuous monitoring with the IQ SN controllers DIQ/S 28x or MIQ/TC 2020 3G.
Models:
FCML 412 M12-2 - Electrode for free chlorine up to 2 mg/l - Connection to MIQ/IDS
FCML 412 M12-20 - Electrode for free chlorine up to 20 mg/l - Connection to MIQ/IDS
ADA Cl/IDS - Adapter for connecting FCML 412-M12 to MIQ/IDS modules
FCML 412 N - Electrode for free chlorine - Analog connection to Cl 298
TCML 412 N - Electrode for total chlorine - Analog connection to Cl 298
Applications:
- Drinking water
- Process monitoring
